RON loves strategically connecting people and serving those in need around the world. He is passionate about the practical application of Biblical principles in every area and stage of life, and regularly speaks at colleges, on podcasts, and small group settings. Ron was born into a Jewish family, came to faith in 1973, and married his wife, Roxann, that same year. They have three sons and are the proud grandparents of 8 grandchildren. Ron founded Regency Enterprises in 1981, served as CEO of Regency Supply for 35+ years, and is now Co-Chairman of the Board. In 2022, Ron founded the non-profit, Q4 Impact. Through this ministry, Ron co-hosted the Q4 Impact Podcast and also co-authored his first book, The Wonder of Christmas. In addition, Ron serves as Chairman of the Board for His Hands on Africa, as a board member for Chosen People Ministries, and as a board emeritus member of Joni & Friends.
